POX IN THE HOUSE

Last week, while bathing my 19 months year old son, i saw that he had spots on his chest.I brushed it off, thinking it was some itchy spots he got overnight.A few minutes later while i was feeding him, more spots appeared on his face and back of his head. I told my husband "Ohh no this has got to be chicken pox!"

So off he went to a dr appointment with his daddy(since our daughter on the other hand was coughing and we did not want her to go out into the cold, therefore i stayed home with our daughter).Minutes later the dr called and confirmed me with these words "Yes your son has chicken pox!"The doctor predicted a mild case, given that we’d had him vaccinated before. Prescriptions in hand, we made our way to the pharmacy, wondering what the week had in store for us.

Fortunately, the doctor’s prediction came true, and while our son was rather spotty, he had no fever and wasn’t at all itchy. Unfortunately, this meant that we had to entertain an active 19 months old under house arrest who was highly contagious, but otherwise felt perfectly fine.

Now...problem was that we didnt know that my two other younder siblings have not yet got cp.So...two days later, they too were under house arrest, no school for the rest of the week. Now i have to take care of my kids...hopefully they get well soon!
